Estrada, MSN, RN, and host Indrias Kassaye discuss the importance of having nursing educators that reflect the racial and ethnic diversity of nursing students and the wider community. Ms. Estrada is currently completing the dissertation phase of her PhD in Nursing at Duquesne University. Her research interests include culturally congruent, evidence-based interventions that promote mental wellbeing and suicide prevention in Puerto Rican communities.
