In a 6-part online course, Dr. Broderick Sawyer, clinical psychologist and Liberation Psychology trainer, will teach students how to balance their desire for perfection using behavioural, attention, and compassion-based techniques. Each 60-minute class session, Dr. Sawyer will use a blend of instruction, discussion, and skill-building to help you understand, reflect on, and balance perfectionism.
