Charlotte Nwogwugwu, DrPH, RN, MPH, BSN, CPH-BC, is studying for her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner(PMHNP) Master’s degree at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Dr. Nwogwugwu earned her undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina, her master’s degree from University of Warwick in England, and the doctorate in Public Health from Morgan State University.
She is a public health advanced practice nurse with global health experiences as an academic researcher with an interest in HIV and mental health. Specifically, she is interested in exploring the intersection between HIV care and prevention and mental health services.
Charlotte joined Howard University College of Nursing and Allied Health Science as an assistant professor in 2018.
