Danielline Martínez, M.Div., BSN, RN

Danielline Martínez, M.Div., BSN, RN attended the Entry-to-Practice Program of Columbia University’s School of Nursing (CUSON), where she earned her bachelor of science degree in nursing. She continues her studies at CUSON’s Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program under the seamless MS/DNP track. Prior to entering nursing school, she served as a spiritual care counselor (chaplain) with the Visiting Nurse Service of NY’s Hospice Care Program. She is currently the nurse at Jewish Board’s OnTrackNY program, an evidence-based and evidence-generating, recovery-oriented model of care for persons experiencing first episodes of psychosis.

 Ms. Martínez’ interests include the epigenetic influences on mental wellness and illness and the comprehensive and meaningful application of the growing evidence for this in the lives of those who live with mental illness and are unable to access adequate mental and physical health services. She holds a Master of Divinity from Union Theological Seminary and is a member of the American Nurses Association and Sigma Theta Tau, International Honor Society of Nursing.
